Kim Kardashian is about to get even richer.
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashian” star, 33 — whose family and individual empire already includes clothing, jewelry and makeup — will make even more money from her new video game.
“Kim Kardashian: Hollywood,” the video game for mobile created by Glu Mobile, is expected to garner up to $200 million, Bloomberg News reports, citing industry trend analysts.
With scores of Kardashian fans downloading and playing at rapid speeds, the game has already risen to top rated status in Apple’s mobile App store.
“Obviously, Kim Kardashian’s brand has driven people to download the game,” game analyst Douglas Creutz told Bloomberg.
“But at this point, the game has taken on a life of its own.”
Serious gamers have slammed Kardashian’s venture in to virtual reality as vapid, for allowing cartoony avatars to “live like Kim” as they party, shop and pose for photos.
Despite what critics think, bad ratings are no chip off the Kardashian block. Forbes magazine estimated Kanye West’s wife made $28 million in the past year from her various endorsements and reality show earnings.
