Country music cutie Taylor Swift joined her boyfriend and members of his Kennedy clan on a somber weekend journey to his mother’s Cape Cod grave.

In Crocs sandals and beach shorts, Conor Kennedy, 18, led the 22-year-old “You Belong to Me” singer to Mary Richardson Kennedy‘s still-unmarked resting place Sunday in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Hyannis.

Up to 15 other members of the mournful party — including Conor’s sister, Kyra, and their younger brothers, William and Aiden — accompanied the affectionate lovebirds for an impromptu memorial service at the wind-swept cemetery.

In a series of photos obtained exclusively by the Daily News, the graveyard visit seemed to stir a mix of emotions in the young couple.

Wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses, slipon leather loafers and a pleated, short-sleeved dress bursting with a pattern of spring flowers, Swift held Conor’s hand and caressed him as they honored his mom.

At one point, the singer and the grieving group appeared to bow their heads in prayer.

One older, unidentified man in the group brought along a pair of pruning shears to tidy up the gravesite watched over by a trio of statues, including the Virgin Mary, standing between two miniature American flags.

As Swift looked off at other distant graves of famous Kennedys, her boyfriend of two months — sporting a T-shirt reading “Chi-Town Showdown Champs” — squatted to help clear overgrown grass from the grave.

Mary Kennedy was initially buried in May near the graves of Eunice and Sargent Shriver. But Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had his estranged wife’s body exhumed in early July and moved 700 feet to a plot on a lonely hilltop on the other end of the cemetery.

In a flash of levity Sunday, the group shared a laugh in the otherwise solemn setting when Conor’s younger brothers got into a playful wrestling match.

Earlier, the group stopped at Our Lady of Victory Church in nearby Centerville for quiet reflection. It is the same country chapel where Conor’s family has experienced both happiness and heartbreak.

Caroline Kennedy wed Edwin Schlossberg at Our Lady of Victory in 1986, and Conor’s uncle, Michael Kennedy, was eulogized there after he was killed in a skiing accident in 1998.

Conor is a student at the prestigious Deerfield Academy, a prep school in Deerfield, Mass. Besides Swift, his main interest has been in researching whales.

He even volunteered this summer on a project to extract DNA from whales in the Gulf of Mexico to determine how they have been affected by the 2010 BP oil spill.

Swift has been an emotional rock for the eldest son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. since his mother, who had battled depression and alcoholism, committed suicide in May.

Conor’s parents were in the midst of bitter divorce when his mother hanged herself in a barn at the family’s Westchester County estate.

In divorce papers, RFK Jr. asked that Mary Kennedy be required to remain sober in front of their four children and not threaten suicide in their presence. Mary Kennedy’s family accused him of using the divorce filing as a “brutal psychological weapon.”

The feud between Conor’s dad and his mother’s family continued after her death as they went to court to fight over the body. RFK Jr., who is now dating actress Cheryl Hines, eventually prevailed.

Conor and Swift have spent nearly the entire summer together in the heart of Kennedy Camelot, going to the beach for a swim and sailing on Nantucket Sound. Last week, they were photographed sharing a dockside kiss.

He took Swift to his cousin Kyle Kennedy’s wedding on Saturday, where she met most of his extended relatives.

Swift is so smitten with her new love that she bought a $5 million beachside house next to the famed Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port — once the “Summer White House” for President John F. Kennedy.

The seven-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom pad is directly across the driveway from the home of Conor’s 84-year-old grandmother, Ethel Kennedy.

Ethel Kennedy, a fan of Swift’s music, reportedly met the singer at the Sundance Film Festival and introduced her to Conor. The relationship between Swift and Conor is so strong she took him to Nashville this month to meet her parents, Scott and Andrea.

Meanwhile, Swift’s singing career continues to thrive. Her newly released song “We Are Never Getting Back Together” has been heating up the Billboard charts since its Aug. 13 release. In the song, she sings about a previous relationship that ended in heartbreak.

On Saturday, Swift took to Twitter to thank her fans for downloading the song — the first single on her fourth studio album “Red,” set to be released in October.

“I want to thank you guys for giving me my biggest first week ever with ‘We are Never,’ ” Swift tweeted. “I can’t stop smiling.”

Swift is said to be worth $80 million.
