He’s baaaack.

The Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare contained a surprise side effect – it gave exhibitionist ex-congressman Anthony Weiner an opening to join the public debate.

The disgraced pol — who resigned a year ago after admitting he sent explicit photos of himself to a Twitter follower — gave an interview to the Observer’s Politicker blog on Thursday.

Dropping several F-bombs he touted his own work on behalf of the Affordable Health Care Act, blasted President Obama’s handling of the debate, and expressing surprise the law was not overturned.

“I think you can count on one hand the number of barnstorming kind of events they did after the health care law was passed,” he said of the White House. “He should have been out there all the time, all over the place.”

Weiner — considered a strong candidate for mayor before his sexting scandal — is scheduled to appear Friday on Brian Lehrer’s show on NPR to talk more about the high court’s ruling.

The Brooklyn Democrat hasn’t said whether his first substantive interviews since his resignation signal a return to public life. He told Politicker he’s been busy at home with his 6-month-old son with Huma Abedin, an aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
