Rep. Michael Grimm voted twice this week against bringing his own bill to delay flood insurance hikes to the House floor.

That’s the same bill Grimm (R-S.I.) referenced after he last week threatened to throw a TV reporter off a “f—ing balcony,” explaining he’d had a long day “fighting for flood insurance.”

Grimm voted with almost all other Republicans against Democrats’ motions to force floor votes on his bill because they amounted to “a political stunt,” an aide said.
