A 26-year-old man allegedly threatened to rape Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito and kill her family — and to kill all the city’s gay and lesbian police officers.

Daniel Silvera was arraigned in Manhattan criminal court on Tuesday charges including aggravated harassment as a hate crime.

He sent the speaker e-mails saying he knew where she lived, would “knock down the door” and repeatedly rape her before killing her family, according to a criminal complaint.

The sick missive was sent on July 28 from a gmail address, and Silvera later told cops it was his account, according to prosecutors. The note also threatened to attack her at the City Council, according to the complaint.

“These violent, dangerous threats against the Speaker and the NYPD are deeply disturbing and we thank the DA’s office for pursuing this matter,” Robin Levine, a spokeswoman for Mark-Viverito, said.

Silvera also was allegedly behind threatening e-mails sent to two police officers, who served in LGBT outreach positions, on the same day at roughly the same time. Those e-mails threatened to “kill every gay and lesbian police officer,” according to the complaint.

Bail was set at $50,000 cash or bond. Silvera’s lawyer didn’t return a message left Tuesday evening seeking comment.
