Protests once again happened outside Trump International Hotel as Amnesty International stopped by to project messages onto the side of the building as the limited travel ban went into place.

Journalist Kassy Dillion shared a video on Twitter Thursday night showing the Amnesty International messages that included “Trump travels in comfort, others travel in fear #NoBanNoWall.”

Amnesty International is an organization that’s been around since 1961 and is focused on human rights. The group has been vocal in its stance against President Trump’s travel ban and his purposed border wall.

A limited version of Trump’s travel ban went into effect Thursday night. The new orders affect visa applicants from Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Iran and Yemen. Applicants now have to show they have a “bona fide relationship” with a close family member, including parent, spouse, child, adult son or daughter, son-in-law and daughter in-law.

While Amnesty International is the latest group to project messages onto the side of the Trump hotel, artists have been using the side of the building to beam their protests over the past few months.

In May, Robin Bell put up a projection telling guests to “Pay Trump bribes here.” The message lasted for 10 minutes until security stood in front of the projector.

Bell told the Daily News he had “a couple of great moments” when the projection was up.

“A tour bus pulled up, people started clapping and taking photos. Everyone on the street, except for the security guard, seemed really happy,” Bell said.

The artist protested more later that week when he projected onto the Justice Department and FBI buildings with messages like “#SessionsMustGo” and “#WeNeedToSeeTheMemo.”
