A Philadelphia man who refers to himself as "dirty old Santa" has been arrested after trying to lure a teenager for sex. William T. McKinlay, 56, planned to meet a 14-year-old girl at an ice cream shop in Ridley Township but was instead confronted by police, authorities said. McKinlay, a seasonal employee at Macy?s department store in Philadelphia, was charged with attempted statutory sexual assault, attempted involuntary indecent sexual intercourse, and related offenses.

He better hope his parrot doesn't talk! A Washington Country man appeared in his mug shot with his companion macaw named "Bird" after bringing it to court on Nov. 28, 2016. According to officers, Craig Buckner, 38, told his well-trained feathered friend to stay outside in a tree while he went into the court to appear before the judge. Buckner wasn't expecting to be long but things took a turn when the judge remanded him into custody for failing to comply with previous agreements of his release. Luckily kindhearted cops then allowed Buckner to retrieve his pet bird before doing his own bird. They took the animal inside where Deputy McKelvey fed Bird some peanuts before they took booking photos - with and without the macaw.

What a mug! This 19-year-old mustachioed teenager had us seeing double when he posed for his mug shot wearing a t-shirt with a picture of his previous mug shot etched on to it! Robert Burt was caught driving under the influence of alcohol on June 14 before he posed for his first mug shot wearing a simple white t-shirt. The teen was ordered to spend 8 hours in jail from August 8th at 6pm and Burt was MORE than ready. He arrived to serve his sentence wearing an orange t-shirt of his previous mug shot with the caption "Burt Family Reunion 8/8-8/10/2014" and "sponsored by Bud Light and Somerset County Sheriff."

This man is worried his unique ink will get him sent him to jail. Jeffrey Chapman, charged with first-degree murder, is asking to have a professional remove his tattoo ahead of his trial. Chapman has the word "murder" inked backwards across his neck. While prosecutors have agreed to let Chapman cover up the unfortunate tattoo, Barton County's sheriff says he isn't about to have Chapman transported to a licensed tattoo facility. Looks like this guy is out of luck!

Where's Batman when you need him? A man dressed up like the Joker posed for one seriously hilarious booking photo after he was charged with drunk driving on Oct. 20, 2013. Dennis Lalime was returning from a Halloween party when he crashed his car in Pittsfield, Maine, donning a face full of paint and green hair just like the mischievous comic book villain.
He’s off to see the judge.
Nicholas Sherman was dressed up as the Tin Man from the “Wizard of Oz” when officers charged him with driving while intoxicated, according to a press release from the New York State Police.
Officers responded to house on Perryville Road in Cortland County after receiving reports of an intoxicated male on the property. Through an interview with the homeowner, police learned Sherman drove to the residence with another male and was then asked to leave.
The 31-year-old told responders he’d just left work in the Village of Chittenango. He said he’d been hired to dress as the Tin Man from the 1939 hit film for the OzStravaganza held over the weekend.
Festival organizers told Syracuse.com Sherman was not an “official” Oz cast member and was not associated with the event.
Sherman agreed to take a breath test and had a blood alcohol content of .19, according to the release.
He’s slated to appear in court on June 20.
