City Education officials are swapping out the scandalized principal of Queens’ elite Townsend Harris High School, a spokesman said Thursday.

Acting Principal Rosemarie Jahoda drew the ire of students, families and elected officials who said she delayed college application packages and failed to report discrimination against Muslim pupils.

Bronx School for Tourism and Hospitality Principal Brian Condon will replace Jahoda as of May 1, according to the Education Department.

Ousted principal Jahoda will continue to draw her $146,813 annual salary while she awaits a new assignment. Education Department officials would not say if she is being investigated over the complaints leveled against her.

Condon, meanwhile, said he’s looking forward to his new assignment.
