Everyone knows to never fully trust car salesmen. However, up until today, I thought that advice only applied to their sales pitch. Apparently, it includes their driving skills as well.

This Pebble Beach Cadillac salesman in today’s video was actually doing a solid job convincing his customer that this 2015 CTS-V was the car for him. However, it was when he decided to show off its 556 horsepower V8 that he immediately earned himself a spot among our collection of dummies.
I’m all for testing what an engine can really do, but I wouldn’t recommend speeding on roads you don’t know and accelerating directly into a curve. Fortunately he only clipped that trolley coming by, but I think it’s safe to say he probably lost this sale and his job. However that was “Grade A” Driven by Dummies material and we owe you for it, sir. Just don’t expect any of us to get in a Cadillac with you anytime soon.
