Nearly 15 years after the September 11 terrorist attacks, the Westfield World Trade Center finally opened for business inside the Oculus Transportation Hub. The 350,000 square-foot mall features more than 100 stores and restaurants that will bring much-needed retail space to downtown Manhattan.
