Dwayne Johnson has finally decided between good and evil.

The wrestler-turned-actor tweeted Wednesday that he has decided to take on the role of Black Adam in a forthcoming “Shazam” movie.

Black Adam is the arch-nemesis of Shazam, aka Captain Marvel, who shouts “Shazam!” before becoming endowed with Superman-like abilities.

“‘Kneel at his feet or get crushed by his boot.’ My honor to become.. #BlackAdam #TheAntiHero #DCComics,” he wrote, along with a photo of the two comic characters duking it out.

Variety reports that New Line Cinema has commissioned a script for the superhero flick, and that Johnson’s character will be less of a villain and “more of an anti-hero trying to clear his name.”

Johnson hinted at his preference for Black Adam in a recent interview with The Associated Press, mentioning that the character, a former slave turned defender of a Middle Eastern nation, was one of his favorite comic characters.

“I am putting my heart and soul and my bones into this role,” Johnson told the AP last month while promoting his film “Hercules.”

Even though the 42-year-old has confirmed which role he’ll play, there’s no word yet if he’ll also appear in Warner Bros. slate of DC Comics’ films, including “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice,” due out March 2016, and a “Justice League” team-up flick.

Johnson is just the latest high-profile actor to take on a superhero role in the DC universe.

“Batman v. Superman” stars Ben Affleck as the Caped Crusader, Henry Cavill as the Man of Steel and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. “Game of Thrones” actor Jason Momoa has also signed on to play Aquaman in big-screen adaptations of the DC Comics universe, while Ray Fisher will play Cyborg.
