He dropped the mic, once again.
President Obama joined Jimmy Fallon and The Roots for a little slow jamming on “The Tonight Show” Thursday, when he lyrically summarized his White House career.
“In short, climate change is real, health care is affordable, love is real,” Obama said.
The 54-year-old’s surprise participation in the skit showed a laid-back side to the 44th President, who briefly rapped “Work, work, work, work” as he shimmied to Rihanna’s hit.
“America’s best days are still yet to come,” he concluded to the crowd’s cheer.
But, Obama wasn’t done joining in on Fallon’s late-night fun, delivering one of his best lines as the two later sat down to write hilarious thank you notes.
“Thank you Congress for spending eight years wishing you could replace me with a Republican, or to put it another way: How do you like me now?” he said.
In another, the Commander in Chief shared his appreciation for his 2008 campaign slogan “Yes We Can.”
“Or, as I now call it ‘Yes we Did,’ ” he added.
During his interview — his first on Fallon’s show — Obama talked his future plans outside of office.
He joked about booking his vacation exactly in “223 days” and worried about doing things like “pressing buttons” on his own.
“I’m going to get some sleep,” he declared, noting that he and First Lady Michelle Obama will likely relax for a few weeks at a tropical location.
The couple will remain in Washington D.C. as their youngest daughter, Sasha, completes high school.
The episode followed Obama’s official endorsement of Hillary Clinton earlier in the day.
He sang her praises during his talk with Fallon, calling the Democrat nominee “whip smart” and “tough.”
Equally kind words were hard to find for Donald Trump, as Obama simply said he was thankful the billionaire businessman was running in the Republican race and admitted that he has not gotten a call from the Donald.
Pop star Madonna closed the episode. She previously admitted she was “speechless” upon meeting the President.
