Reyes, now 18, was fleeing police on the Upper West Side on June 4, 2013 when his vehicle jumped a curb and struck Ariel Russo, 4, killing her. He still faces charges, including manslaughter, in her death.

The teen whose speeding SUV jumped a curb and fatally struck 4-year-old Ariel Russo last summer has been charged with looting an apartment, cops said Friday.

Franklin Reyes, 18, was arrested Thursday based on an accusation that he and his father, also Franklin Reyes, stole more than $2,000 worth of jewelry, cash, wine and a camera — the day after the first anniversary of Ariel’s death.

On June 5, the two pilfered the apartment of a tenant who died of brain cancer in the W. 21st St. building where the elder Reyes, 45, is a super.

The teenage Reyes was charged with manslaughter after his SUV jumped a curb on June 4, 2013, and killed Ariel as she stood with her grandmother at W. 97th St. and Amsterdam Ave.

Reyes was arraigned Friday on petit larceny charges and ordered held on $3,500 cash bail. His dad, who was arraigned on similar charges last month, was scrambling to get the money Friday night.

“Shut up, shut up!” he said when asked for comment.
