Kendall Jenner is not taking any “spoiled brat” accusations lightly.

Lawyers for the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet, 18, are demanding that actress-turned-waitress Blaine Morris issue an “appropriate retraction and sincere apology” for a tweet that led to reports that Jenner dined and dashed at a New York City eatery — according to E!

The tweet, which was captured by the Daily Mail on Aug. 5 before it was apparently deleted by the former “Skins” actress, alleged the younger sister of the Kardashian clan was rude to her.

“That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face,” it read.

Jenner took to her Twitter page to deny the incident took place as Morris’ recount suggested.

“These rumors r absolutely ridiculous!” the young model tweeted Wednesday. “I would never throw money in anyone’s face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that.”

Kendall Jenner slammed Morris' claim that she dined and dashed on her bill, and then threw money at the actress-turned-waitress.

“Said it once and I’ll say it again, don’t believe everything you read!” she added.

Now her legal team, including powerhouse attorney Martin Singer, is going after Morris for the “false and fabricated statements.”

“As you know, when you waited on my client at Mercer Kitchen last week, there was no issue with service whatsoever,” Singer wrote in a letter to Morris, according to E!

He wrote that Jenner, who was said to be dining with pal Hailey Baldwin, “inadvertently forgot to take care of the bill before walking out.”

“There was absolutely no scene as described in the Statements and the Tweet,” Singer reportedly wrote, adding that Jenner “politely handed” Morris $40.

“Although you are working as a waitress…I understand that you are also a struggling actress whose credits include a handful of television appearances,” Singer continued, according to the site.

“You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself and raise your own public profile.”

Morris has not commented — or issued any apology — regarding the incident on her Twitter page.
