Not so fast Jennifer Lawrence.

While the “Silver Linings Playbook” starlet may have an Oscar, ample charm and the red-carpet grace it requires to capture Americans’ hearts — that doesn’t make her automatically eligible for the “America’s Sweethearts” club.

That is, according to reigning club chairman Julia Roberts.

The “August: Osage County” actress mulled over the possibility of inducting Lawrence, 23, into the group of favored actresses, which includes Marilyn Monroe, Reese Witherspoon, Sandra Bullock and, of course, Meg Ryan.

“I think she’s fabulous, but she seems cooler than me,” Roberts said of the “Hunger Games” starlet in an interview with MTV.

After all, Lawrence hasn’t even been in a real timeless romantic comedy. And she certainly hasn’t romanced or divorced an A-list actor… yet.

“She shoots flaming arrows,” Roberts, 46, joked. “Is this a new cupid tactic?”

Lawrence is just as likeable as several of the other 'sweethearts,' but doesn't have a timeless romantic comedy under her belt yet.

Lawrence is clearly just taking a backward approach into being inducted. After starting off in grittier films like “Winter’s Bone” and the upcoming “American Hustle,” she could stand to do a few “Sleepless in Seattle” roles.

Meanwhile, the “Erin Brockovich” star moved from lighthearted “Pretty Woman” material, to heavy-hitting dramatic films later in her career.

“My card is expired, and I didn’t get a new one,” Roberts said.

Luckily, having starred in “America’s Sweethearts” in 2001 has earned her a lifetime spot.
