Does Amazon know how angry birds can get?
The online giant may have to rethink its plans to deliver goods using unmanned aero devices after what took place in this video.
Astonishing footage shows a radio-controlled drone being downed by feathered attackers.
The birds are seen circling the gadget before hitting it repeatedly from above.
Their strikes cause the onboard camera to cut out and the drone itself plummets to a crash-landing on the ground.
YouTube user Buddhanz1 uploaded the 71-second clip on Dec. 1.
It’s unclear exactly where it was filmed, but it’s since gone viral with more than 20,000 views.
“I must have annoyed a group of birds, they teamed up & started dive bombing my radio controlled phantom drone from all directions,” he wrote in the description.
“I think they knocked the battery connector loose as I lost control & had a rough landing,” he added.
Amazon boss Jeff Bezos revealed last week that his firm was testing drones to deliver goods to customers within 30 minutes of an order being placed.
