Unfinished luxury Arizona mansion boasting IMAX cinema and man-made river sells for $5M

'Die Hard' movie star Bruce Willis is asking $15 million for his Idaho home, complete with a guesthouse, gym and pool with water slides. He reportedly hasn’t been able to spend much time in the area, and also plans to unload a bar he owns in the area. Willis still owns a ski area, Soldier Mountain, west of Hailey.

British beauty Emily Blunt officially took actor John Krasinski off the market in 2010. It took a few more tries for his West Hollywood home to find a taker. Krasinksi, who plays Jim on 'The Office' sold the 1926 English country-style home for $880,000, the Los Angeles Times reports. It went on the market in March for $945,000. It wasn't his first attempt at a sale, according to Realtor.com. He first listed the home two years ago for $1.245 million.

About the same time that Brad Pitt's Malibu house went on the market, he and partner Angelina Jolie rented a country estate in Glasgow, Scotland, that includes a 16th-century mansion. Carnell Estate is set in the Ayrshire hills, and there are cows, horses and pheasants on the property, People reported. During the summer, Pitt was seen trout fishing with Maddox, 10, and Pax, 7, and Jolie was seeing playing in fields of flowers with Knox, 3.

Aniston sold her Beverly Hills estate, reports the Los Angeles Times. Listed for $42 million, it sold for $37 or $38 million, realtor sources told the Times. It could be months before the sale becomes public record and the exact price is known. The actress reportedly spent two years renovating the nearly 10,000 square foot estate, which was built in the 1970s. It has sweeping views of L.A. and all the bells and whistles an A-lister could ever want: plenty of rooms, pool, spa and designer decor.

It's no surprise billionaire media superstar Oprah Winfrey has real estate holdings throughout the country. Now, she's renting one of them: a 4,600-square-foot apartment in the tony Streeterville area of Chicago. Winfrey bought the three-bedroom unit for $5.6 million in 2006, but never moved in, staying instead at a massive spread a few blocks away. What does the $15,000 a month in rent get you? For starters, beautiful design. The Beaux Arts-style building was constructed in 1913 and has views of Lake Michigan. Features include 10-foot-high ceilings, two fireplaces, a library, a solarium, a butler's pantry and a wine room - and his and her bathrooms in the master suite.

As Jonah Hill expands his acting range to include dramas like 'Moneyball,' he's also growing his real estate portfolio. He recently bought a home in the Los Angeles suburb of Tarzana for $2.175 million. The listing for his new 5-bedroom pad describes it as a 'natural entertainer's estate' and comes complete with a pool, spa, patios and a tennis and bocce ball court.

Carmelo Anthony and wife LaLa Vazquez unloaded this Littleton, Colo., mansion for $6.2 million at a loss of $5.8 million, according to the Denver Post. Anthony bought the house for $12 million in 2007. The Post reports it had been on the market for a year listed at $9.5 million.

Word comes from Real Estalker that the Grammy winner recently listed his estate on La Gorce Island, an exclusive enclave where stars like Cher and Shakira have lived. According to the listing, the seven-bedroom Mediterranean-style home has more than 150 feet of water frontage on Biscayne Bay. There's a patio with an outdoor kitchen, luxurious swimming pool and a pier with a boat slip. Other features include a chef's kitchen, a wine cellar and a four-car garage.

R&B star Chris Brown bought a new Los Angeles pad -- and word is it's not too far from where ex-girlfriend Rihanna is trying to sell her house. Brown closed on the three-bedroom home in late October for $1.55 million. The singer might have scored a bit of a deal, because it was a short sale. Brown has been living in a penthouse apartment in a seven-unit West Hollywood condo building. Word is he hasn't exactly won over the neighbors. He's been accused of parking in handicapped spaces, frequently playing loud music and racing dogs in the building's hallways.

Is Liz Lemon taking on New York real estate? '30 Rock' creator Tina Fey has just sold her second property this year -- her upper West Side apartment at 500 West End Ave. for a cool $2.15 million, reports the Observer. This comes just a few days after the funny woman reportedly sold her 641-square foot studio apartment (which she used as an office) in the same neighborhood for a more modest $550,000. The actress apparently sold the West End Ave. home for close to the $1.9 million she paid for it in 2004. Why all the sales? The wildly successful Fey may be upgrading her lifestyle. In April 2009, Fey and hubby made waves when they reportedly bought a $3.4 million place on the upper West Side, which included four bedrooms, a nearly 30-foot long living room, and views of the water, according to RealEstalker.

Actor Ryan Phillippe has just put his Los Angeles mansion on the market for $7.4 million, reports celeb blog RealEstalker. The bachelor originally bought the massive 7,000 square-foot seaside home for $7.1 million just two years ago and it hits the market at a few hundred thousand more.

Zsa Zsa Gabor's Bel Air mansion is on the market for $15 million – far lower than the $28 million Gabor's husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt had originally wanted to ask. The listing agent, Christopher Choo, told Forbes he thought the home could benefit from a $1 million remodel. The nearly 6,400-square-foot home sits on about an acre of land, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It's got views of downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, the ocean and Catalina Island.

Pop star Britney Spears reportedly dropped $18.9 million on this estate in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles. The singer is trading her comparatively modest $8.9 million pad a few miles away for this new 20,000-square-foot behemoth, reports the Real Estalker. It's a Tudor-style monster, with 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, extensive private gardens, a tennis court and pool, and more than a few hot tubs.

Cyrus purchased this beach condo near Panama City, Fla. For $1.85 million and sold it shortly after for a 6% profit. She bought her first at 17 in Toluca Lake, Calif., for $3.4 million to be near her parents, Leticia and Billy Ray Cyrus.

Rosie O'Donnell has listed the home she bought in 1999 with then-partner Kelli Carpenter for $19.5 million. The Miami New Times reported that she bought it for a mere $6.75 million. The 11,000-square foot home is on 1.11 acres of waterfront property, has two guest houses and a pool. The property has a whopping 12 bedrooms and 11.5 baths, according to the New Times.

Kate Hudson looks like she's racking up real estate for her growing family. In March, Hudson and her fiancé, Matt Bellamy, the front man of Muse, found a $6.5 million London mansion. Now, the blog Real Estalker has received confirmation that Hudson had purchased a $5.3-million Tudor revival style mansion next door to her current home in the Pacific Palisades. Hudson has lived in her current home since 2003, but also spent time there as a child when parents Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell owned the house.
