The mayor’s frenemies are invited, but he’s not on the list.
Gov. Cuomo didn’t ask Mayor de Blasio to join him on his trip to Puerto Rico — though the delegation will include City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito and City Controller Scott Stringer, officials confirmed Monday.
A rep for Cuomo, who organized the trip to help the troubled island as it tries to pay down $72 billion in debt, declined comment.
Cuomo and de Blasio have been at odds since the end of June, when the mayor accused the governor of deliberately thwarting his Albany agenda.
Mark-Viverito and Stringer have both differed with the mayor over recent issues.
Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, who criticized the mayor over the Legionnaires’ disease outbreak, is also making the trip.
The delegation leaves next Monday and returns the following day.
