A middle-aged super fan with 29 Miley Cyrus tattoos says he will get them removed after the “Wrecking Ball” singer called them “ugly.”
Carl McCoid, 42, has spent some $5,000 on the tattoos, which include several images of the singer’s face, reports the Mirror.
He also has her lyrics and the singer’s initials inked on his body.
The father of three, from Bridlington, north eastern England, even named one of his daughters after Miley.
But he has vowed to get rid of them after the singer said she did not like them in an interview.
“There’s a dude that holds a record of the most pictures of my face, he has like 18 pictures of my face and they’re really ugly,” Cyrus said in an interview, reports the Mirror.
McCoid has also been blocked on Twitter by Cyrus.
He got his first Miley tattoo in 2010 after getting divorced.
“I’m only regretting them now,” he told the Mirror. “I never thought about it too much, but they have had a psychological effect on me. Then she mentioned they were creepy in an interview. It made me realize I didn’t like them.”
He now plans to have three of the portrait tattoos removed by laser.
He also hopes it will help him find a new girlfriend as he wants to “look to the future.”
