No, papi! A slobbering Curtis Sliwa went from rude to raunchy Thursday when the self-styled lothario exposed his lurid thoughts about City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito.
A day afterMark-Viverito slammed the tone-deaf oaf for making sexist commentsabout her on TV, the Guardian Angels founder refused to back off — and said he’s fantasized about having sex with her.
Sliwa, 61, speaking on his “Curtis & Kuby” radio show Thursday, recalled how “drop-dead gorgeous she looked in the red dress” Mark-Viverito, 46, wore at the State of the City speech in February.
He also insinuated that the feeling was mutualand knocked Mark-Viverito for wearing “plain” clothes that didn’t do justice to her “stunning” appearance.
“I had an attraction to her, and I have felt some sexual tension when I have been in her presence,” the twice-divorced Sliwa told co-host Ron Kuby.

Kuby said he didn’t think Mark-Viverito — who is unmarried — “necessarily swings your way.”
Sliwa said Kuby was “wrong” about the speaker, who last year revealed she had been diagnosed with HPV but otherwise keeps her dating life private.
“I have not had sex with that woman,” said Sliwa. “I have thought about it. But I have never, never engaged her.”
He did claim to have had sex with other members of the City Council.
“Three so far,” he boasted.
Reached later, he said one was his long-term ex-girlfriend Queens Borough President Melinda Katz — the mother of two of his children — but he wouldn’t name the other two.
He said he was attracted to powerful and good-looking women. “Is that the worst thing in the city?”
He said of Mark-Viverito: “I think she’s extraordinarily hot. If I’m going to be scorched for being a sexist or misogynist for being attracted to her in her red dress, then I’m guilty.”
Mark-Viverito declined comment on Sliwa’s latest rant, but on Wednesday she tweeted her displeasure with the shock jock after he made crude remarks on NY1.
“Melissa I’m you’re papi, right?” he said on the TV station.
Mark-Viverito, who grew up in Puerto Rico, tweeted in response, “Thanks for the sexism layered on top of your payasadas (clowning). . . but no one is my ‘papi.'”
Mark-Viverito wasn’t the only one who took offense.
“Sliwa’s comments are beyond inappropriate,” said Sonia Ossorio, president of the National Organization for Women in New York City.
“NY1 should consider whether this is the type of public personality they want associated with their credible news organization.”
Lorraine Cortes-Vazquez, the chairperson of the National Puerto Rican Day Parade, said the comments showed a disrespect for women in office.
“People take those liberties with women all the time, particularly with Latino women,” she said.

Mark-Viverito is “an exceptionally private person, and he’s treating her like chattel. She’s loving and caring, but formal and reserved.”
Sliwa is the opposite.
He regularly engages in off-color, stream-of-consciousness rants on NY1, and his love life is consistent tabloid fodder.
He fathered two kids with ex-girlfriend Katz while he was married to his second wife. The two said the children were conceived from sperm donations.
He then ended up dating Katz again once he and second wife Mary Sliwa broke up, and Mary accused him in court of fathering the kids the old-fashioned way while he was still married to her.
Curtis Sliwa is single now — and told the Daily News has a message for Mark-Viverito.
“I’d love to be able to go out with you,” he said. “Melissa needs to lighten up and go on a date with me and see that Curtis Sliwa is a good guy.”
