A 47-year-old man was found dead in a car in Brooklyn Tuesday afternoon — with two parking tickets affixed to his car, officials said.

The man, identified by family and friends as Mamadou Barry, was found dead inside the car parked on Rugby Rd. near Albemarle Rd. in Ditmas Park just after 12 p.m., officials said.

Two parking tickets were found on the car, the earliest dated June 16 — even though he was illegally parked and two cars near his vehicle were given summonses.

One of the two tickets on Barry’s Buick Regal was inside the car. The other was tucked under the windshield wiper, witnesses said.

Barry’s car was sitting in an alternate side of the street parking zone where vehicles were not allowed to park between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday, officials said. Between 11:49 and 11:53 a.m., a city Traffic Enforcement Agent slapped tickets on vehicles in front of and behind the Buick Regal, but not on Barry’s, witnesses said.

Cops were investigating why the traffic agent skipped Barry’s car — or if he noticed if Barry was alive, officials said.

“He was a good guy,” said his nephew, Mamdou Balde, 45.

It’s believed Barry died of natural causes. The motorist had a number of health problems and took medication, according to police sources. A roommate who last saw Barry Monday told police that he would usually take himself to the hospital when he wasn’t feeling well, the sources said.
