An Arizona grand jury declined to indict a yoga instructor accused of brandishing her new breasts to a roomful of teenage boys at a bar mitzvah and performing oral sex on a 15-year-old.

Lindsey Ann Radomski, 33, was arrested in March on felony charges of sexual misconduct with a juvenile and indecent exposure. The woman had allegedly exposed her recently enhanced breasts and allowed boys at the bar mitzvah to fondle them.

After the boys left the room, she was accused of performing fellatio on a teenager.

Her attorney, Jocquese Blackwell, says his client was slipped a date-rape drug at the party, according to The Republic newspaper.

The alleged acts occurred after up to 100 guests had left the party that was held at a private home.

Radomski told police she did not remember exposing herself or engaging in a sex act. She had been drinking, she said.

The grand jury returned the case to Scottsdale police. A criminal investigation is ongoing.

Prosecutors recommended continuing the probe.
