Chris Christie falls out of chair in newly released footage

Chris Christie was down and out during a radio interview in Philly.

Never before seen footage shows the New Jersey governor falling out of a chair last June during his visit to the WIP Morning Show.

In a video clip of the fall, Christie tries to take a seat in a roller chair at the station, opposite radio show host Angelo Cataldi.

But in an ill timed move, the chair rolls back just as the Republican tries to settle in.

Christie is seen falling back on the floor and an aide rushes over to the embarrassed politician to resolve the “chair issue.”

“We’re alright right now,” Christie declares.

The mishap occurred when Christie stopped by the morning show on June 9.

Cataldi kept the tumble a secret but released it as part of the station’s Wing Bowl on Thursday.
