    Republican New York mayoral candidate Joe Lhota, shown planting seagrass Tuesday in Breezy Point, has been raising up green of a different kind — thanks to members of ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani's administration.

Former members of Rudy Giuliani‘s administration have raised at least $139,411 for Joe Lhota’s mayoral campaign, his biggest single source of contributions, campaign finance reports showl..

Robert Harding, who, like Lhota, served as a budget director and as a deputy mayor under Giuliani, raised $41,000.

And Randy Mastro, who also served as a deputy mayor under Giuliani and is now a lobbyist with the law firm Gibson Dunn, raised another $27,300.
