Robert Harding, who, like Lhota, served as a budget director and as a deputy mayor under Giuliani, raised $41,000.
And Randy Mastro, who also served as a deputy mayor under Giuliani and is now a lobbyist with the law firm Gibson Dunn, raised another $27,300.
Executives and employees of Cablevision, where Lhota worked after leaving City Hall in 2001, raised $93,990 for his campaign. That included checks gathered by CEO James Dolan.
